]]> by: راحت حسین http://blogs.urdupoint.com/2007/05/22/blog-97/#comment-2428 Wed, 23 May 2007 13:13:26 +0000 http://blogs.urdupoint.com/2007/05/22/blog-97/#comment-2428 السلام علیکم شاہ فیصل بھائی۔ ماشااللہ، بہت ہی اچھا اور معلوماتی بلاگ لکھا ہے۔ ڈاون لوڈ بھی شروع کر دی ہے، یہ بات درست ہے کہ ونڈوز چونکہ بہت زیادہ استعمال ہو رہی ہے پاکستان میں اور ایک عام استعمال کنندہ کے لئے ونڈوز سے اوبنٹو میں سوئچ کرنا مشکل ہے لیکن اگر ہم ونڈوز سافٹ وئر کی قیمت دیکھیں تو یہ سرا سر فائدے کا سودا ہے۔ میں‌خود چوری شدہ آپریٹنگ سسٹم استعمال کر رہا ہوں اور اس بات کی مجھے شدید ذہنی کوفت ہے، یہ الگ بحث ہے کہ وہ اپنی محنت کی کچھ زیادہ ہی قیمت وصول کرتے ہیں لیکن چوری بہرحال چوری ہی ہے۔ اور جہاں تک اس نیک کام (بلاشبہ یہ ایک نیک کام ہے) میں حصہ ڈالنے کی بات ہے، تو مسلم دنیا میں بہت ٹیلنٹ ہے، پاکستان میں انٹرنیشنل میعار کے پروگرامرز موجود ہیں، اور میری اس پہلٹ فارم کے توسط سے ان سب سے درخواست ہے کہ اس میں ‌ضرور حصہ ڈالیں، قدمے سخنے خدمت تو ہو ہی چکی ہے اور مزید بھی ہوگی، ٹیکنیکل خدمت میں کم از کم میرا تو بہت فائدہ ہو گا، کیونکہ ویسے بھی میں آپریٹنگ سسٹم ڈویلپمنت پہ کام کر رہا ہوں اور اپنا ایک مکمل آپریٹنگ سسٹم ڈویلپ کرنا ایک عرصے سے میراخواب رہا ہے، اس پر پیش رفت بھی ہو رہی ہے لیکن وہ کیا ہے نا کہ ’’تجھ سے بھی دلفریب ہیں غم روز گار کے‘‘ تو یہی صورتحال درپیش ہے۔ ‌اللہ آپ کو اس کا اجر دے، زور قلم زیادہ فرمائے (آمین) السلام علیکم شاہ فیصل بھائی۔

A good OS but still, Window Rules. I dont think a normal user will ever consider switching to UBUNTU.
